Wow.

We finally got around to seeing this last night. If you haven't yet, you must! I'll admit, it started a little cheesey, I thought. But (sorry to admit it John) both of us finished the movie in tears. I think the message transcends marriage even, and in essence leads us all to a stronger relationship with our Loving God. Very Powerful! Put it on your Lenten "to-do" list. I think you'll be glad you did.

I agree that the movie started out pretty cheesie. I didn't think I would be able to finish watching it, In fact, my husband didn't! By the end he was back in the house and I was still watching it with tears streaming down my face. Overall, it was still very cheesie, but the message it sent was very enlightining. Thanks to my fried Janet for suggesting it.

Jamie-
So funny that you watched this last night...my husband and I did too. Same thoughts as you, too. We both finished the movie and ended the evening by discussing the movie until almost midnight. We thought that every couple going into marriage should watch this movie as part of their preparation. We really enjoyed the movie and its message. Thanks for the blogs...you are an inspiration to me and many others.

I tried -- twice -- to rent that movie from Minster's RedBox this weekend, to no avail. Now I know where it was!!! :) I'm glad you liked it; I can't wait to see it. Thanks for the recommendation!

I watched it twice. Andy & Angie also watched it. It was a great movie. I also cried at the end and other parts of the movie. I think that people that are having trouble with their marriage should watch this movie. I got the movie from Netflix. Netflix is awwesome.
