Just trying to keep life interesting. Tonight it was giant pancakes for supper. The kids LOVED them. Alice, Sam and even Mary all got clean-plate awards. Wow. Makes my belly hurt just thinking about it. According to the measurements on the pancake mix package, I made enough batter for 75 small pancakes...surely they measure them very small, not?
oh, I need to add that we did NOT finish all these. About half was leftover for breakfast tomorrow. As I started to make them, all the kids decided they each wanted a giant pancake of their own....so well, they got one.
