help! (bak, bak!)

As I sit here googling good recipes for roasted chicken, I figure, why not ask for a tried and true recipe from someone who knows...
so. What are you waiting for? Please send me your (simple) delicious oven roasted chicken recipe. I'm thinking of doing up a pan of legs, since this is the kids favorites. You can post as a comment, or e-mail me if you'd rather. Thanks.

We take chicken and dip it in milk. The coat it with Fry Magic. The put it into a bit of oil in a skillet until it is crispy. Then I put it into a big dutch oven. Cover the bottom of the pan with a tad bit of water and put on a rack so the chicken doesn't rest in the water - it just steams the coating on the chicken. We bake at 350 for an hour. Very good. Works on chicken breasts and chicken legs alike. Hubby says it's almost like mom and grandma make.
